I hired King Roofing Service Inc. expecting professionals, but the whole process felt disorganized. The crew showed up late, didn’t explain what they were doing, and left a mess of nails and debris in my yard. The roof isn’t leaking, but the lack of communication and cleanup made this a terrible experience. I wouldn’t use them again.

We had Jeremy from King Roofing do a complete roof inspection. He recommended some service to get the roof back in shape. The cost; about $500. Another company said that the same repairs would cost 7 - 8 thousand dollars. Besides the costs, King Roofing has polite and caring employees. Just shows that you have to shop around for a trustworthy company.

King Roofing re-tiled our roof about 10 years ago and the work was done very professionally and for a reasonable price. About two years later a leak developed at the front of the house and King Roofing responded and made the repairs at no cost. Recently on my 10-year-old roof another leak developed. They investigated and gave a price and completed the work in a timely fashion, in addition, they noticed about 30 tiles that had been cracked and those were repaired as well. I contacted my roof cleaning contractor and explained the missing tile problem and they asked for more information. King Roofing supplied me with photographs which I passed along to them and the cleaning contractor took responsibility. I believe this resulted from the fact that we had good photographic documentation from King Roofing as a gesture of good customer service. I would not hesitate hiring them again.

A little over a year ago King Roofing did a fairly significant roof repair for me in Naples. It is still holding up. They did a great job at a good price and they were very nice people to work with. I have already recommended them to another family member.

Had a serious leak in our kitchen ceiling. Called a local roofing company. They took 50 pictures of our roof inside and out. They claimed they fixed the problem. Two months later leak returned.The charge was $2000.00. When we contacted the company they came out and said it was another leak near the first problem. They asked for an additional $200.00.Called King roofing they came out and they immediately recognized the problem and fixed it. No more leaks. Problem solved. No pictures, just a great fix. Go with King!

They did an excellent job replacing our roof after hurricane Ian. Mr. King’s entire crew were quick, professional and the price was reasonable. 5 years later we had a minor leak at the hip joint over the garage. Mr. King’s crew showed up, found the cause to be a crack in the stucco. They patched the crack cleaned up and surprisingly did not bill us for their work. One truly professional company that stands behind their work and goes beyond, for the safety of their customers and their homes.
The only roofing company we would ever use while we lived there 26 years in Florida they are the best of the best the most reliable most caring and the quality of workmanship is superb! We have since moved back to Virginia our home state to be with our families. We only wish that we could have bought King roofing with us!

I recently had a chimney/flashing leak. As usual Joe Hart and his team were able to quickly assess and repair. While other companies try to scam the insurance industry by turning minimal damage into a roof replacement for which we all pay indirectly, King follows the north star of integrity. This company should be posted on your refrigerator.

Damaged skylight from a flying golf ball since we live adjacent to the 3rd hole on Bay Course at Club Pelican Bay. Took a couple of visits but ultimately completed a great repair. Many neighbors use King and also pleased.

Had a Direct Vent Kitchen Hood installed and neede to open up a Tille Roof and install the B Vent and Cap. The Tile Roof components needed to be cut to fit around the 8” Pipe and Patch in. The workers needed 4 Tiles. They had to go back to the shop and match. Job completed, great price and clean

Had a great experience with King Roofing recently after having a troublesome leak caused by another contractor two years ago that finally showed itself. Joe and his team showed up when they said they would and painstakingly kept searching for the leak source.I never once had to call to see if they would show up, the crew was very courteous and thorough and i am certain that the cause of the leak was repaired correctly. Pricing was also reasonable for the work that was done.Would highly recommend them and use again if needed.

Awesome service! Excellent people! I called an independent roof inspector to evaluate and recommend any repair that might be needed on my tile roof prior to the hurricane season. I already knew what needed to be repaired but wanted to get their opinion. Based on the Google reviews, I called king roofing and Gina told me she would get Jeremy to come out and inspect the roof. A few days later I get an email to confirm the inspection. Jeremy inspects the roof tells me what he thinks need to be repaired and a day later I get the estimate. Compared to the other quotes I got, they were half the cost of the lowest quote and others were triple the estimate. After I approved the repair, they sent a crew with all the material they could possibly need. It took them 6 hours and it was a very detailed job. I was getting a roof home inspection again so I called Gina and asked if this repair would pass a roof inspection. I was transferred to Joe (the master roofer) he said he would stop by and take a look. Next day Joe comes over and inspects the roof and all is good. The original roof inspector reinspected the roof and mentioned they had done an excellent job. Thank you, King Roofing Team.

I purchased a house in Naples Sept. 2020. The roof had been installed 3 years before I purchased the house. The company who installed it tried to fix the leak 4 times. It still leaked. I asked around and found out that King Roofing was the best. I called them and Bill King came out went up on the roof and diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate, reasonable price, I accepted his crew came out 2 weeks later. They found bad flashing rotted decking and poor quality workmanship. They fixed all the problems. I waited for heavy rains and looked for leaks, there were none. I gave it another 6 months still no leaks. I highly recomend King Roofing for all your roofing needs.
